i m sorry 2 say but civil eng has a very little scope now a days.u can try for ECE(electronics and communication engg),CSE(computer science and eng),BIOTECH and these streams have scopes also

go for mechanical/ IP [industrial&production engg.] .. these have a good reputation nowadays
