I have never really had dandruff or really oily har, but ever since I have started using John Frieda's brilliant brunette shampoo, my hair has gotten a lot of dandruff, oil, and is VERY itchy. Has this happened to anyone else?

Probably has nothing to do with the shampoo, just dry scalp. Give up that brand for 2-3 weeks and use a dandruff shampoo.
Perhaps a brand with tar in it. Such as t-fal or the newer
head and shoulders.

never put lotion on your hair! ever!!
all you gotta do is look at the back label of that shampoo ur using, see the chemicals that their using, and see which chemical is specifically doing all this and then stop using this same shampoo and dont buy one made with the same chemical that made ur hair all ruined....
buy a better one for you, u deserve it girl...
