I love hot and cold combinations more than anything, e.g. fresh brownies with ice cream or hot blueberry or peach cobbler with ice cream. That is the best kind of dessert. I also quite enjoy cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, my dad's pecan pie, and my grandmother's blueberry, strawberry, and/or whiskey pie (aka Heavenly Pie because it is). Anything involving lots of chocolate never hurts, either. Like chocolate-covered fruit. And wedding cake. Ooh and black forest groom's cake. Also the Humphrey Yogart from Counter Culture. Ok, basically I like desserts. Hot and cold, though, definitely my favorite. That and homemade grandma pies.
