A guy I work with called Nilesh.
He is SO "political" it is untrue! He won't waste a minute of his time socialising with "unimportant" people like his colleagues, but anyone important gets their shoes (and anything else he can get his tongue to) cleaned at the least possible excuse!
He keeps any information he learns to himself, but criticises anyone he suspects is doing the same thing. He is useless at his job, but thinks he is a genius, and he tells everyone else in the company that he is the boss of our team, which he MOST certainly isn't.
He is the oiliest little worm I have ever come across, as big an ejit as one could have the misfortune to meet

Honestly: One of my best friends. He is a drug addict and an alcoholic and he's only 14. I say that makes him an idiot or "Ejit" as you put it.

We once had this guy that worked for us that lied all the time, the said that he was working for the FBI undercover, and carried around and outdated cell phone, that wasn't even turned on. He would have pretend conversations on this cell phone, and act like he was getting his assignments.
It was unreal ! What a nut!
