In Luke 3:23 it says he was about 30 years old when he began his ministry.

Jesus began His ministry of teaching at the age of 30. He had lived in Nazareth with His family up to that time, and was not well known. At the age of 30 he was, according to Jewish Law, old enough to be called "rabbi" (which means teacher). It was at this time that he went to John the Baptist for His Baptism, and he started His teaching after that.

At age twelve he was found in the temple astonishing the elders with his knowledge of the torah. He was thirty when he actually began his recorded ministry.

Was it 10 or 12 maybe that he went to the temple with mary and joseph and the elders were amazed by him???Check your bible???
