Most diet pills have very serious side effects including liver and kidney disorders, fever, flushed appearance, and more. Seriously discuss this option with your doctor before deciding to go there.
It is better to do it the hard way, by eating reasonably, and getting exercise. I know that's hard to hear, but it is true. Also, diet pills either make you burn fat, but sometimes cause you to increase what you eat, or they supress you appetite. When you stop taking them, you will likely find that you go back to your old weight because it doesn't address the problem of overeating (or incorrect diet), and lack of activity.
