I am not able to bear the gap between us. I know she is busy and occupied, but my mind wants to be with her and talk to her. Will it affect, if we have a little gap in our relationship. Do i need to act as a guardian at this point or give her the space required, to let her decide on her own ?

It depends. It is hard to tell when you do not know the people involved.
You could wait, have patience and enjoy the times you do have together. The study period won't last forever. Understand her point of view, obviously this is important to her.

OR.....

If she is totally ignoring you in favour of her studies then this is not fair. It takes two to make a relationship work. I would let her know (tactfully, don't pout and go the woe is me line) and say you miss her.

Good luck

it's hard to bear gap in this type of time but if you or your lover work hard now it will be better for your both futures economically so do love her and do guard her in this time as a guardian bro.

i think you should just stay with her and see how things work. but definitely tell her that you need to spend time with her in order for your relationship to work out
