I know its an odd question.. but a few of us are having a debate about it.

Nope. If there is an open wound where the nipple was, it can close up, but it will just be normal skin. No nipple.

There are alternatives for people who don't have nipples, though. There is a plastic surgery where doctors pinch a piece of skin from the breast, twist it, and make it look a bit like a nipple. The problem with this is that the nipple ALWAYS is erect - and can be seen through shirts.

The other alternative [which is often used with the one above, or by itself] is a tattoo. There are tattoo artists who specialise in tattoo 3d looking nipples on people, mostly women who have gone through breast cancer surgery.

But, yeah, it definitely doesn't grow back.

Nope. If its removed, the skin around it will hopefully fuse back together and heal, but there will be no more nipple. What a shame. Woman like having nipples, as do men Im sure.
