Some pin-headed bozo keeps using it over and over again. My favorite is "time frame" from the Watergate era. What the hell is a time "frame" exactly anyway?

The next big one will probably be

The military of any dominant nation will use meanings and establish euphemisms to redact its own myopic world outlook into victorious speeches.
