Well I'm hoping it's a guy!! Because then he might like you!! But if it's a girl then your friend is a lesbain and wants you big time!!!

If they are female, they are just being affectionate.

sometimes it doesn't mean anything...just an expression but because he is your closefriend i presumed that more or less you know him well...if you are the only one he is addressing that name...it could mean different...might want you more than a friend....
