He committed aggrevated robbery and he is a recovering alcoholic born again christian. I was just asking I just met the guy. I have a cousin that did ten years but it's some weird stuff I know about him oh my! I don't want to get in and something comes up. Like I said I don't know him just met him. But I felt that honesty...I like him. If it comes to it I'd give him a chance to prove himself. We'll see. Thanxs guys

I had a relationship with someone who did time and we ended up getting married. Worse mistake I ever made.
First of all he drank all the time, told me he wasn't but would go out drinking while I was busting my *** at work.
Second of all, being a convicted felon he could not find a job that paid worth a **** and thought he was above working at a job like construction, McDonald's or whatever. In my book you work where you have to in order to support your family. I don't care where or what it is.
And then he blamed everyone else for his being in prison except himself.
He learned to lie extremely well in prison and learned to be a damn good player to get what he wanted in prison. Like the best jobs, money, commissary.......etc.
If your not THAT into this guy, then my advise would be to back off and find someone else.

Look I know you want to have an open mind.
Do not give this man a chance.
Please think twice.
Than think a third time.
Will you really wan his record hanging over you heads.
How will you love ones react to you wanting to have a convicted criminal in your life.
He has been to prison do you really want to invite that in to you life?

make sure that hes not kidding you about anything. if hes lying, hes not worth it. but just give him a chance unless he gives you a reason to not trust him.
