Law proposed by Chicago city council that requires "big box retailers" i.e. Target, Walmart, Best Buy, etc. to pay their employees $13 per hour, give or take, plus $3 per hour in benefits (insurance, etc) Socialism is alive and well. Problem is, it will most likely backfire, and keep the retailers from opening up a store there. Thus no jobs, no sales tax, no property tax, etc.
