Sure, its nice to be physically attractive, but inner beauty is something else. Inner beauty is how you really are- how polite you are to those around you, what you do for others, basically the only aspect that should ever matter when one judges someone else. Exercising daily has to do with your physical outer beauty. There are many physically fit, and beautiful people, who I have met, that do not have inner beauty. And there are also overweight people that I have met that do not have inner beauty. Its all about who you truly are as a person.

I disagree. A person can be drop dead gorgeous on the outside but have a hideous personality. Inner beauty is meant to refer to the personality of a person rather than focusing on outward beauty. A person may not be blessed with a beautiful face (that's something you can't change with exercise) yet still be beautiful through personality. It's not as black and white as you seem to think.
