I am baptising my toddler and infant at our Methodist church. I need to know if it is standard to give the pastor money and how much? If not, should I give the church money and how much?

My dad was a Methodist pastor. In 30+ years in the ministry I can not remember anyone ever tipping him for a baptism. As it is done as part of the regular services, it is not extra expense or difficulty for him. So, no, money is not expected.

If you want to give in the offering, that is fine. It is between you and God how much.

You and your child will be in my prayers today.

Why do you wish to destroy your kids life. Forget about Baptism and take up science.... Send him to good school...
