Let me tell you a story. Once, there was a class of young adults at a Christian school. One day their teacher came into the room, and behind him they saw a large sheet with a target painted on it. The teacher said 'today, we are going to do an anger managment exercise. You can all draw a picture of someone you hate, then we will stick it on the sheet and you can throw darts at it!' Well,m this excited the students no end, and they all set to work. One girl drew a picture of someone who stole her boyfriend. One drew her father, who had abused her when she was younger. One drew a notorious murderer. The pictures were then placed on the sheet and aimed at. The darts were strong, the aim was good, and soon the pictures were being literally riped apart. Finally, the teacher drew a halt, and, to their suprise, removed the sheet. Behind it was a huge picture of our Lord Jesus on the crucifix, dying for our sins. It had holes all over, one side was coming unattached due to the darts, you could barely see Jesus's face, it was destroyed. The students sat back silently, many had tears running down their face as they saw what their hate had done to Jesus. Because hating people pollutes your soul, and hurts Jesus more than you know. Leave judging up to the Lord, for only he is perfect.
Corinthians 1: 13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Hope this helps you.

1 corithians 13
1If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames,[b] but have not love, I gain nothing.
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. 11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a woman, I put childish ways behind me. 12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

If you are seeing this clearly on your own you are probably ready for a graduate course in reality and human relations.
I suggest that you get a book called the course in miracles. It somewhat exhaustively explains many of the ideas you are talking about in great detail.
It’s well worth the effort.
Love and blessings

No, It just proves we all struggle with our own humanity and reveals the need to seek a solution to the problem.
We all need help, anyone who denies this is ether blind to their own condition or really is a liar.

ya i believe that is what god says is murder , if you have any kind of maliciousness toward any of gods creations [people] then when you do something or say something bad about them you are in fact murdering them in gods eyes , makes sense doesn't it
