Rightsizing : Selecting a computer system, whether micro, mini or mainframe, that best meets the needs of the application.
According to other answers, I assume that rightsizing has different meaning in different contexts. But the definition i gace above is also one possibilty. I found it from one of the technology website.

Right-sizing is a corporate euphemism for laying people off. They started with down-sizing, then decided it sounded to negative and it became right sizing.
