Why Americans get insulted and offended so easily?

Even at silly jokes.

At everything. Is easy to insult one. They immediately bark at you.

Mmmm you arent really better than anybody else.

You ask a bunch of atheists why they don't have their own space ships and go to live in another planet already.

And they get deeply offended.

When it was just a silly joke.,

They give me long responses for stupid questions I make on purpose.

The only remarks people take offensive are the ones they know deep inside to be true. If you know without a doubt its not true, then you don't care what others may think.

i hardly ever feel insulted or offended by what others say about us. although i will defend America against insults .. it is my home after all.

All i gotta say is this. When you are the worlds only Economic and Defensive superpower you paint a big bulleye on your forehead for all other countries to try to bring you down.. this same thing happend to the French, the british, and many others who held this title before us. The world is just a lot smaller now with technology.
