A number of things could be wrong.
First: Have you installed or changed the settings of any anti-virus or firewall on your machine? If so, it may be blocking MusicMatch's access to the Internet. You will have to follow your anti-virus or firewall's instructions on how to permit programs access.
Next, have you installed any heavy-RAM-usage programs recently? Your system could be overwhelmed with RAM requests and is causing certain other RAM-heavy programs, like MusicMatch, to quit unexpectedly. If this is the case, go to Start, Run, type in msconfig, click the Startup tab of the box that appears, and then uncheck any programs that you don't want to have running in the background eating up your system's resources unnecessarily.
Yet another problem could be that MusicMatch's files on your computer are corrupted. If this is the case, you will have to uninstall then reinstall it.
You can also try going into MusicMatch (if it will stay open long enough), clicking Options, then Update Software. It's possible that something on your computer is causing the software to misbehave, and any potential updates might have code to fix these known problems.
Let me know how it goes. If none of this works, there are other things you could look at.
