i get dizzy, light headed, cant walk around, but it will go away after like 5-10 seconds.

thanks..i think i have Orthostatic hypotension or whatever. i have a doctors appointment soon, so i'll talk about it there. thanks for ur answers

Sounds like orthostatic hypotension. It just means your blood pressure is dropping when u stand up. Try getting up slowly, and take deep breaths. You may want to inform your doc at your next visit.

its just because youre getting up too fast...try getting up a little slower and it wont happen. its because all the blood rushes from your brain to the rest of your body.

Vertigo, or low blood sugar, or both, would be my answer.

it is probably vertigo, which is an inner problem.
