uhh, well, you come up with a thought, and you keep on thinking it and thinking it and thinking it and have a voice for it, and eventually you'll actually HEAR the voice saying it... trust me, this has happened with songs that were stuck in my head, it's really cool! when it happens with a song, it sounds like people are listening to it downstairs!
but... why is this question in dental?

Take a tape recorder out for a whole day and tape people talking and whispering in public. Go home for the night and plug in your ear phones. For different voices repeat the next day.
