I liked this guy D-love at first sight. In the beginning at least. Everytime I was near D I would giggle and say stupid things. I think that he liked me in the beggining too. I don't know what happened but D got involved with these older women and I got a kind and respectful boyfriend.
I thought I was over D. I hadn't seen him in 3 monthes and then one day i saw him with his girlfriend and it just pained me so much. I keep on telling my heart that i shouldn't love him. D was really mean and arrogant to me-he even flirted with me infront of my boyfriend and he is (was) D's bestfriend. But nethertheless, my heart still loves D, even after he embarrassed me in public. I have to stop, but I can't. He is just so cute and good-looking.....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love at first sight? No. You are attracted to his looks and charisma. It's obvious that this D guy is player. He knows he has good looks and is getting the attention from the ladies. There is thing about girls that they are attracted to the dark side, attracted to BAD Boys.

D guy could be living off an older woman. You love him? No way. Keep focus and practical, your boyfriend is the one you should keep.

You just needed that adventure to see how is it like to be with him. Trust him, he is your fantasy only. Why go for a fantasy when you can have the reality? He is not the one for you.

i too have this same problem. the guy i liked was three years older than me and he just went off to the miitary and he wont be done serving till i'm in my second year of college. it's rlly hard at first and if you rlly feel that deep for him, you will always hold a place for him in your heart. For me though, I'm just trying to forget about him. It's not easy cuz he has a g/f but it's something you gotta do. If you like him more than you lilke your current b/f i would try to suggest you try to find someone you like better to get your mind off of him. I'm not saying jump around from guy to guy just to find someone who would be rlly good to you and you common interests with. It's ok to feel kind of lost but it's easier to try to just admit it would be easier in the long run to let go of D then live in the past forever. hope this helped some and good luck. =)

You can't make your heart do anything, it's going to feel how it's going to feel whether you want it to or not. Best advice I can give you is to think of all the negative things about him and all the reasons why your current boyfriend is better. You can always love him, but don't let it control you. There's a reason you two aren't together. Remind yourself what it is, and that he's not worth the pain. If he was... he wouldn't make you feel it.

Why do I get teh feeilng, you're exaggerating? Just find another guy.
WHile you're at it, go online to Inside Edtion, and read about a 2 legged dog, who walks like a person, and hops like a kangaroo.

Trust your instincts, you were over him the first time. You need more than cute & good-looking for a relationship to work.

That just sounds like infatuation - not love. If he has embarrassed you and made you feel foolish, with no remorse, than he doesn't love you.

I would say you need help from a counselor. From what you said it sounds like you are wanting to be a victim.

To kill love is by killing your own heart first... when your heart does not feel... he is but dust!

Also by forgetting... bring bad memory into play...
