Yes, draw the profile. Use the region command to convert the closed profile to a region. Then use the mass properties button on the inquiry menu. It will list the area and principle moments for the profile, and the location of the centroid of mass.

Be careful using this if the profile is not symetrical you will have to move centriod of the profile to 0,0 to get Ix and Iy. As Autocad automatically selects the principle axis and it may not be what you expect if the profile is unsymetrical.
