I want to ask this girl on a date. What can i say to make her happy. Please help me to ask her out?

If you're comfortable just asking, go up to her and just say something like, would you like to go to a movie or sometime?
If you're not as sure, you might start with something you have in common. For instance, if you're in class with her, you might start with something about the class or the homework, etc. Then, you might then change to how bout we grab a soda or something to eat after class next time.
It's that easy.
As for making her happy, you can certainly go the flattery route, by noting a quality or two that's particularly attractive to you about her. You're eyes are so hypnotic and your smile just brightens my day. Are you free after work, would you like to grab a bite to eat.

Take a deep breath. Give yourself permission to be you. Know that your'e an okay person too and that you deserve a good person and to be happy as well. Once you believe this then everything else will come naturally. Just be yourself and most importantly love yourself. What makes her happy is being with a self assured, assertive, confident man. No woman wants the opposite. Never forget that!

Dude, just start simple. If you are nervous around her, just casually ask her to get some lunch. Get to know her for about an hour, and if you really think she is for you, then casually ask if she would like to grab some dinner some time. This date should be at least three days away and at most five. Go get her.

Start conversation with her find out what her interest and then ask her out on a date to some place she tells you she likes. Even if you don't like it, just go and you might learn something.

So where would you like to eat this evening?Say things like that with a smile,in kind of a joking fashion.And then be serious,and say would you like to go out with me sometime?Things like that i found are the best way to break the ice.

just be yourself! (and honest) do not try to impress a girl too hard because then it looks like if you were acting. Do say things that will make her feel good (you look nice with that outfit,that is a perfect color for you, i like your style, etc.)

Just have a conversation with her ask her what do you like to do? and then take her to something she mentioned
