About 4 months ago my relatives went see a faith healing minister that came to our town and I went with them. I had never been or seen anyone like that before in person.
I sat on the asle seat about 4 rows from the front. He walked up and down the asle and came back to me after several others. I stood up and he prayed and said that I was healed.... and he said that I could now hear. I don't know how he knew that I had a hearing problem that I lost while in the service.
He whispered in my ear...... and I really heard him.... I was so happy. Then later my hearing was as before... I now believe that those people are fakes. My relatives said... I didn't have enough faith.

They are the same as the snake oil salesman at the turn of the 20th century, just money making machines praying on a vulnerable crowd. Very sad...

Those people that you see on stage are hired by the faith healers. They pay people to pretend having problem and being healed. As long as they have cash, there will always be people willing to perform. I never believe in any of those craps. What makes those people better than us? They are not any smarter, only better at being con artists. They are not god nor any superhuman being, they have no power to heal. If they can, then there is no need of doctor and the avian flu will be a joke.

That is the problem with "Gifts" ministries. They really are available to anyone, but not everyone will recieve. Some may very well have a "Gifts" Charisma. I don't know wether or not you were healed or not, or wether you hearing just went donwhill again. It doesn't really matter. The problem is that when someone recieves a "gift" and loses it or later doesn't get a "gift" when they "need" one they may lose their faith.

Always be thankful. And don't listen to your relatives, there is no dipstick for faith.

The faith-healers are on infomercials everynight, promoting holy water that they've scooped up from a Church and put into a plastic water bottle, and then claiming it to be a healing fountain.
Of course they/it are fake.

That is something that would have to be proved to me as well. I know no one that has been healed. Untel it happens to me or someone I know and have known for a while I will never believe it.

But that was agood story..

It's all in your faith...you have to believe to receive. Good Luck!
