Grass is very good for cats.... like everyone said. It helps digest their food, provide nutrients and minerals that they need ( animals know what they need, isn't that cool! =) ) While my cat had kittens and was (is) nursing them, she ate a lot more food and whenever I open the door she zooms out and eats grass.
Sometimes animals will eat grass to help them puke or to help with a stomachake. So Grass is like a peptoCalsiblade or something. ( that is SO stupid =)/ Peptobismal plus Calsium in a blade! i think of the wierdest (stupidest) things)

Cats eat grass, it's normal you can buy a special type of grass to grow so you can ensure your cat has a healthy supply nearby. You can also grow oats, it's very good for your cat. Grass contains chlorophyll, a natural deodorant so it will help keep kitty smelling fresh. There are other vitamins and minerals in grass too.

Cats have a natural craving for grass; hence all the problems we are having with them attacking our houseplants! Just grow your own ; keep a spare planter of it around so it comes up continuously.

they have cat food for indoor cats that have that grass flavor or whatever they need - mine loves it! You can buy at walmart or a pet store, they all have them.

there is an enzyme in grass that cats crave, it is supposed to help them digest their food, and its sort of the equivalent of vegetables to us
