Try washing the area with an enzyme boosted laundry detergent, this will break down the proteins that hold the ammonia smell, allow to sit for half an hour. Rinse, then follow with bleach and hot water, this will remove the broken down proteins (don't let your pet near it yet, it's toxic) Rinse well. Finally rinse with a solution of 1 cup white vinegar to hot water and allow to dry. Now it's safe for your pet to walk on again.

You could buy some cattery disinfectant which is designed for just this but they can be expensive. There are also products specifically designed to break down the urine and take care of the smell but these too are expensive.

Spray with white vinegar and let sit for awhile, then mop up. Vinegar is supposed to be effective in getting rid of smells. It has helped with cat urine on concrete in my home.

Use "Nature's Miracle" (found in any pet shop). It'll take a couple of weeks but the stain will dissolve and not smell anymore. It works well with carpets too.

I'd wash it with vinegar and baking soda. Mix them together, and let it get foamy, and then let it dry on the concrete--then sweep up, and you shouldn't have any odor.

Try baking soda or cat litter. Let it sit and then sweep or wash it off.
