Labor day is Sept. 4 this year.This is a bad idea.How can I stop it?

From the 'how can I stop it' I suspect you don't want me to post it, and I agree with you. It will be several long jumps in exactly the direction we DON'T want to go - on both sides.
Well, We Are America Alliance is putting it on, and if I thought they really had illegal immigrant's best interests in mind I would suggest you email them and tell them what a bad idea it is. Since I really think they are only trying to gain political power by the sheer process of organizing groups of people who have been deluded into thinking the march will be good for them, I don't really know what you can do, to be honest.
The marches are planned for LA, DC, Chicago, and Phoenix. They seem to think they are having marches for four days in a row, which is fairly ambitious.
I really resent it too, because I will be on vacation with my family where one set of marches are and really don't want their traffic ruining our fun.
Please do tell them to stop it.

Encourage your friends and their friends not to help the demonstrations. It's in poor taste, to have a demonstration on Labor Day. Many people say that the immigrants are taking jobs we won't do.... what worse way to disrespect our American Workers than draw attention to illegal workers on their day?
