Burning calories is important, and the ones you take in need to be used to fuel your body. Eat mostly protein, at least with every meal. Also, vitamin supplements will give you energy to do something as far as exercise. Try walking at first, and keep it brisk. Put on some headphones and tune everything else out. You can burn a lot of calories just walking briskly. You will see results, and then maybe want to do more. the more energy you put out, the more you get back. I have lost 25 pounds in the last 8-10 weeks. I look phenomenal. Fall in love with yourself and everything that you have to offer. then, fall in love with someone else. Feeling sexy really helps to motivate you! :-) Start dancing, use free weights, use an ab cruncher, etc.

Sorry, but taking exercise is the best way to boost your metabolism so that your body burns up more calories. Doesn't have to be in the gym, though - even going for a walk is better than nothing. Or a swim.... and ice-skating is terrific, and cool at this time of year!
And watch what you eat, too.
Sadly, there are no short cuts to weight loss; I just wish there were!

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Sorry, but the best way is to watch what you eat and burn excess calories...if you want to avoid a gym...go walking outside or buy workout tapes you can do at home. Don't fall in the trap of those fad diets and pills...they don't work. OR you could always have surgery....but that's too risky. You'll feel better about yourself and you'll be less likely to gain the weight back if you get yourself into better eating and exercising habits.

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It almost always comes from a combination of generic and hormonal factors. Some wrong behaviors, however, can cause or even worsen cellulite: a life that is too sedentary, altered blood circulation, incorrect diet with insufficient intake of fluids, smoking and alcoholic beverages, high heels and close-fitting garments. The plasma fluid, transudated from impaired and weakened capillaries, accumulates and stagnates in surface adipose tissue.
Cellulite can be reduced by a balanced diet and specific treatments https://tr.im/jFZp4

Ditch the car and walk your way to fitness. Walking uses some of your biggest muscles (thighs, calves, and bum). When car-drivers boycotted the fuel pumps a few years ago, many reported increased levels of fitness, including general muscle toning, reduction of cellulite, and an overall feeling of wellbeing. At home, do sit-ups, they cost nothing and help to shift flabby tums. Do check with your doctor first if you have a medical condition.

I have lost 13 lbs in the last 30 days by riding my bicycle 20 miles a day and cutting my calorie intake to less than 1200. And it don't hurt and it don't cost me a thing.
