First off, I have suspected her to have extensions. So... she can do just about anything with her hair. Ohhh the power of the rich and the rich. LOL

You should go to a hair salon but if you are doing it yourself then you will need a razor and then section your hair to the opposite side of how you would wear it and then cut the hair that way.

Yup, what the previous posters said...print the pic and take it to a salon but be careful who you go to, my aunt took a picture in of Ashlee Simpson and told the lady she wanted her hair exactly like that but it didnt turn out at all.

Go to a hair salon in your area. If it's your first time, print that picture off of the computer and bring it to the hairdresser and ask him/her to cut your hair like that. He will be happy to.

id think you could just print it out
and go to the salon
and say
"Her bangs are awesome. Can you do that for me?"
