Best regards, warm wishes or Yours truly should do it. Or you may elaborate a bit more and say: Looking forward to your anticipated response, Best, your name

How about : see you soon, hope to see you soon, god bless, thank you, all the best, best wishes, all my love, happy holidays, have a nice summer, etc.
Just end the letter whatever way you intended, then instead of saying Sincerely, Jane Doe , put Best wishes, Jane Doe, or Have a nice summer, Jane Doe, etc.
Hope this helps!
Good Luck!
Jane Doe. :)

I think the old stand-by "Sincerely" works best in most situations. I usually end letters with "Have a good day." and then my name, like I'll do at the end of this message.
Have a good day.

After "cordially," I like "warmly." Depends on the degree of intimacy you want to express. "Love" is too intimate, "peace" sounds, well, phony.
