My friend says he is a “Fribee-terian”. He says that they believe if you die on a windy day then your soul lands on the roof and you can’t get it back down...is that true???

No...they forgot to tell you about the Cosmic retrieval service. They have this spirit St. Bernard Dog that watches for them on windy days, and if anyone dies he goes and fetches them Home. Really, they should have told you the WHOLE story!!!!

no that is not true of "fribee-terians" Unfortunately it has been occasionally seen in the religion of "frisbee-terians"

More correctly, these folks are called Frisbee-terians.

They also have problems when their soul ends up in a neighbors yard and he won't give it back.

Dogs have been known to run off with their souls as well.

One moment, all is going well, and in the next ... Whamo!

A real religion simply implies it is a religious belief of one or more people. So to answer your question, it depends whether your friend was teasing/joking or if he/she was serious.
