well, to answer jordan's question, not as much as he or she does. But I run about 2 miles, at least 200 crunches/sit-ups, and life weights maybe 5-7 days a week (depending on my schedule). I try to practice my shot in basketball and my volleyball skills when I can/have time, which is more like only 3-5 times a week.
