How often and for how long? What exercises do you do?

well, to answer jordan's question, not as much as he or she does. But I run about 2 miles, at least 200 crunches/sit-ups, and life weights maybe 5-7 days a week (depending on my schedule). I try to practice my shot in basketball and my volleyball skills when I can/have time, which is more like only 3-5 times a week.

I run about a mile and a half a day.
I lift weights for about 45 minutes daily also.
Tuesday's I take kickboxing for an hour.

I weight train..., 4 on and one off...

Day One - Chest and Triceps
Day Two - Legs, Abs
Day Three - Shoulders
Day Four - Lats, Biceps and ABs
Day Five Rest

When I weight lift..., usually one to two hours depending on the day..., I run 4 miles on Day Two and 6 miles on Day Four

No.

I have a nice tread mill, weight bench (mainly for my son's but I have access to it) and a elipticus bike and a bicycle.

The only thing I do, exercise wise is walk my dogs. THAT'S IT!!

I've got to do better. . . . . . . . :D

Monday: teach step/bosu - full body w/o with weights
Tuesday: teach yoga 30 minutes cardio
Wed.: teach step/toning- full body w/o with weights
Thurs. teach yoga 30 minutes cardio
Friday: teach toning class 30 minutes cardio- full body w/o with weights
