And why would anyone get the idea that there are drugs in your home... and start the ball rolling that would subsequently lead to a raid? They don't pick houses at random to raid, so at some point there was some illegal activity going on there to make them come to the conclusion that it was worth looking into and that it was not a safe place for the child. Your story is pretty evasive, and you didn't actually ask a question, but then again, you didn't really have to. Enough said.

You have to prove you are not an unfit mother.
Why did they choose your house to come to?
You have to really sit back and get you stuff together. Once the state is involved you are in the system and have to walk a straight line they will do anything in their power to keep your child in the system . They see your child as $$-- So the first thing you must do is get a LAWYER or Legal Aid --
try using Google Search and find the location of The Legal Aid Society
Good Luck

so besides letting us know that your trash....what exactly is your question? I hope they keep him in state custody....the DTF doesnt raid a house without sufficient evidence...it costs too much money in man power, and the judge has to sign the consent for the raid to happen. So either way, the child needs to be out of your damn care, even if they found no drugs.....it just means you were a small step ahead..THIS TIME.

So what is your question? You want to know why he is there? He is there because it is obvious you sell drugs and they have been watching you for a long while. So They have to have it on tape somewhere, when there was drugs in your home. You could have sold to a under cover cop. They aren't giving you any info on him? If you don't sell drugs, is it possible that the child told someone you where doing drugs, or smokeing something?

get a family advocate/lawyer... but more importantly -- you have to think of why there was a drug raid at your "hose" Perhaps if you want your son back, you'll need to figure out what to do to make it so that it's OK for him to come back - and provide a stable loving secure environment for him.

All I can say is if that happened to me I'd be getting a good lawyer & fighting for the rights of nyself & my child to be together especially since no drugs were recovered.
