The real secret is simply to consume less calories than you expend. How you accomplish this is up to you - eat less or exercise more.
For those of us who need that extra "dieting help", I used something called THINS to curb my cravings. It's not a pill, but a natural appetite suppressant derived from food (no stimulants, etc.) in wafer form. It helped me lose about 7 pounds a week. I especially liked the chocolate flavor. You can order them direct from www.PreventionProof.com by clicking on "Store" and then "View all products" What impressed me was how credible the research was (Baylor College of Medicine, Georgetown University, American College of Cardiology, etc)...and that you weren't just hearing some lame testimonials or some doctor’s endorsement who was also "on the payroll". Good luck.

PS: Another secret is to go to bed hungry.

Of course diet and exercise play a large part in weight reduction, but if you're after a quick fix, say for a holiday, or special night out, you could always opt for a salon body-wrap. You'll lose inches in just one go!

No quick fixes, I'm afraid, although you can lose water weight quite fast through a 3-day detox or something similar. But to lose fat, you will need to change the way you eat forever! Doesn't mean you can never eat your favourite things again, if what you like is rather energy-dense, but you will want to ensure you burn more energy than you consume.

use a sauna, it gets rid of 4 - 6 lbs in about half an hour, I did this before a weigh in to get into the RAF and passed, then promptly put it all back on with a glass of water but of course it was too late by then and I went on to be a great asset and earn my way legitimately :-)

there isn't really a quick way, but start working out. drink lots of water and if you work out for about 30 to 40 minutes a day and stretch and keep yourself healthy..diet wisely, stay healthy.... you'll look great. good luck!
