use a disk imaging program...

from 1 computer to another ,clone disk by farstone...internal hard drives , drag & drop .....from your hard drive to a hard drive laying on your desk ,usb 2.0 to ide adaptor , then drag & drop....internal to external ,drag & drop.....xp & major geeks .com makes it easy.
