and he didn;t pick it up, hes been doing this for a long time now. I followed him so i could see where he lived, then at midnight i took the crap in a plastic baggie and shoved the crap underneath the door handle to his car. Do you think this was rude?

Traditionally, I like to set a good example. I like to behave maturely and love thy neighbor. I don't think that two wrongs make a right.
But, when it comes to dog crap, that's where I draw the line!

Good work, buddy!

That's probably not the best way to handle the problem. You should have talked with him first, seeings how you followed him to his house. Funny though, he should have been picking up his dog's crap since it wasn't his yard. Hope he doesn't continue allowing his dog to crap in your yard.

Prehaps next time you should tell him you dont appreciate his dog having a go on your lawn. If he does it again - go ahead throw that crap at his house. Everytime he comes by ask him agin - continue the cycle - he will ge the hint after a while - that or his house will be brown.

I would have sent it wrapped. maybe set it on his doorstep with a note.. 'I think this belongs to you' .. and also enclose a box of baggies 'pick up after your dog'
