Right click the start button, then click properties, then click taskbar, and then click customize.

click on start / run
type in the box
msconfig
then click ok
then click on startup tab and un-tick what you dont want to have start up when windows starts up then click apply & ok your need to restart the pc when your back at the desktop a system box will load up just click on dont show this again and click on ok
then your set
