I just want to know if that they will leave their eggs to die if a human touches the eggs??

No. Most birds have pretty much no sense of smell. She won't even know you've touched the eggs.

Guinea pigs don't lay eggs, so u have nothing to worry about, now if u meant her new born babies absolutely! But if your talking about a guinea hen from africa then no smell won't affect them.

No!The guinea has to protect the eggs so the eggs can hatch.

No they wont, especially if you keep them confined to a pen.
