I need to go out of town for one night and I am also putting the de-bugging spray all around my new house, so my cat has to move out of the house for that night.

Should I pack litter box/sand If she is staying in my friend's house for only about 10 hrs and my friend also owns a cat(my friend's cat doesn't like my cat thou)?

yes, because if you dont 1 out of 2 things could happen, 1 is that your cat holds it because your cat doesnt want to intrude on territory of another cat or 2 you cause your friends cat stress by your friends cat having to hold it because another cats scent is on the his/her litter box...it can also cause fighting, especially if they dont like each other...

My goodness!!!! Leaving a litterbox unscooped and uncleaned for therefore long as your chum likely has is disgusting and animal cruelty! merely imagine, if a human toddler had a unclean diaper on that lengthy, someone could call youngster's facilities. A litterbox that one cat is utilizing should be ideally scooped anytime the cat makes use of it, or contained in the very least two times an afternoon. in the different case the cat will commence utilizing something except the litterbox. This makes me indignant because many cats finally end up in shelters because they don't use the litterbox and regularly they're positioned to sleep and the reason would were so effortless as scooping the litterbox. in case your chum is having problem with scooping the litterbox, why would not he try a pine or wheat or corn depending clutter that still clumps besides the undeniable fact that the clumps will be flushed down the bathroom? Or, why do not you're attempting it? Walmart sells one said as professional puppy clean outcomes that is in straightforward words $6 a bag, yet lasts as long as an excellent higher, heavier clay clutter. the in straightforward words difficulty with this professional puppy clutter is that it must be scooped as a lot as a probability or the clumps crumple and it does no longer artwork as well. I actually have chanced in this to be no longer any such difficulty besides the undeniable fact that because i am going to easily take it to the bathroom and flush it, no pungent rancid cat poo luggage to throw away. And so a options as having clean nutrition and water, the water bowl should be washed and the cat must have clean water daily, or in case your "chum" is merely too lazy for that, why would not he get a water filtering fountain? The nutrition bowls also must be as clean as you or i could devour off of. If he can't have the funds for nutrition and clutter he could no longer have a cat in any respect. What could he do if the cat were given outside and were given hit with the help of a vehicle? could he merely let it wade through because he can't have the funds for it? He does no longer should have a puppy.

I would definitely take a litter box for your cat. If the two of them don't get along, they may not want to use the same box as the other one. And, you don't want to give either one of them a reason to "misbehave."
I would put the box in a different room, and show your cat where it is. And use the same kind of litter in it that you use at home.

Yes, probably if the other cat doesn't like your cat I wouldn't try to impose your cat on to it. I would also ask your friend to segregate the cats to different parts of the house or a room as to not stress either of them out... Since it is only for a few hours.

you should always pack a litter box for your cat b/c cats shouldn't even use the same litter box for various reasons. i suggest if you don't want a large vet bill send the cat with its own box and something that smells like you to keep her comfortable.

yes!! a vet recommends to have one litter box for every cat. Taking your cat's own litter box with it's own smell will make the stay a wee bit easier

yes, they have portable litter pans at your local grocery store, it is as big as a litter pan more lightweight plastic though, and it already has litter in it, there is a peice of cardboard paper over the litter and when you get to your destination you just rip off the paper, put it on the floor, and put your cat in it so they know its theirs. theyre kinda cool and cheap maybe a couple bucks and theyre in the litter aisle in the store, obveously good luck
