My folks were such prudes, this question would never have come out of their mouths. I do realize that today's parents and their children have different relationships. If your folks asked you, they are exercising their 'right' as parents to know. I know it sounds like a personal intrusion - but be glad. Most of the time, they are trying to open the door for conversation. This is the best they could do....tell the truth....it keeps trust and communiation open with parents so that if you get into trouble (God forbid) you know you have your folks who love you and want to protect and help you.

In high school yes then came the sex talk. Yes I know how to use a condomn and yes I know about stds and I do know pregnancy is a risk. THats life

for me,i dont.coz first of all they are your family.it is normal for them to know whats happening to you..asking you doesnt mean they'll overcome your free will,may be its just a sign of caring for each member&it really show the meaning of the word "family."getting close for each of the members..
