Many people subscribe to the philosophy that dreams are our subconscious reaching along the golden road to our conscious mind. In otherwords, there is some experience (not necessarily abuse - dont panic!) that has caused distress or confusion and you have not assimilated it into your picture of your self and your life as you would like it. It is floating around in the subconscious and now making its presence felt.
I dont know if this is true, but i would suggest writing your dreams down and seeing for yourself if there is a theme or motif running through them. See if any of it makes any sense or connection to your life experiences. Remember they are only dreams even tho they are frightening.
If they continue see your GP as some disorders can cause nightmares or other halucinatory experiences.

It will all work out and this will pass. Good luck and sweet dreams!

Alot of the population are probably suffering the same. The heat plays a large part it stops you falling into a deep sleep so you get agitated then you finally collapse through exhaustion into a horrible sleep where your fighting with everything and everyone. It happens to me all the time>Have a shower just before you go bed it works wonders ! Icey cold packs on your wrists work as well

Is something big going to happen in your life soon? That might be enough to make you have bad dreams. What about films or events related to these dreams? I am also getting some dreams I have never had for weeks but it might be that i moved my bed to the side...
