no, you should not perform oral sex. apparently, you are getting treated for "something" that is an "infection", according to your words. why would you, in your right mind think of having oral sex when you are being treated for an oral "infection"? i realize you got it from taking antibiotics, but it's better to wait until you are cleared up.
thrush is from the same family of bacteria/fungus that causes yeast infections. anyone with a compromised immune system can be susceptible to receiving it... male or female.

no do not give oral sex it will then be past on to your partner he/she will then have gentile thrush and then will also need to be treated. As long as the thrush is cleared up you should be able give oral sex again. But make sure it is 100% clear first

You could certainly have thrush; it usually presents as white, raised lesions, mostly on the tongue and on the inside of the cheeks; however, they can also be on other parts of your mouth (especially your tonsils). They may bleed when brushed with a toothbrush or come in contact with "rough" foods. Regardless of where you got it or what it is, you need to see a doctor. This is not going to clear up by itself. Until you can do so, avoid things with yeast, such as bread, beer, wine, etc. If you do have thrush, it will need to be treated with a fungicide; the usual course of treatment is 10 to 14 days, depending on the severity of the outbreak. Good luck.

You won't get a worse infection, but the person you give oral sex to will get thrush. It is a fungus infection & doesn't much care where it grows!

You don't want to transfer the infection to someone else. Wait until the doc gives you the all-clear.
