I don't believe it's a craze, been round longer than you have and you ought to read up on it. It will change your life too. Then you will be wondering why was I so misinformed once?, and will find yourself answering a repeat to your own question one day.

As long as there is ignorance, there will be religion.

I equate "just believing" in things that there is no evidence of with ignorance.
