When Vista comes out, Dell computers will surely have it installed. Expect the release date shortly before or after New Year's.

Yes and Yes again

The beta version has been shipped out to all the computer producers to test on the computers

Once fully released (vista) then you will see lots of computers release with VISTA installed - but the price tag will increase because of this

Best leaving it alone for about 6 months or so - because there will be lots of bugs in it - there will be numerous updates

Look what happened when xp was released

All the latest pc's are already carrying the logo: 'Vista compatible' - so they are ready to take it, they will be in production as soon as the final release of the new operating system sometime next year.

It looks like around 2nd quarter of 2007, yes the computers now have vista compatible, but Microsoft has ALOT of BUGS to clean and I would not rush anytime soon to try the beta, Lot's of computers crashing, not taking the install, etc.
