The FCC is overstepping its boundaries. They are infringing the media's 1st amendment right to freedom of speech, as well as, adult Americans from recieveing the media untainted by the evil censors at the FCC.

it is society - we have what is called societal norms. saying the
f-word or the n-word isn't really truly first amendment speech. First amendment speech is speaking out against the government. It used to be poor manners to cuss in public, now it is not such a big deal. The words change over time too. In the 1970's you would hear the N-word on TV quite a bit. You would never hear the word SH#T or Piss or T#T$ on tv. Now you would never hear the N-word and the others are almost common.

There are overdue nights shows, that permit a pair of words to be mentioned. Take grownup Swim for example, watch Boondocks, and no no longer The Boondock Saints. The comic strip teach has the "N" be conscious or "*****" used like it grow to be a client-friendly be conscious, yet another curse be conscious is censored. There are different shows overdue night that still censore the "N" be conscious yet produce different words used rather. Its enormously plenty to the individuals who cope with the television classes, some situations you hear it some situations you do no longer. i think of its hilarous they are asserting it on comic strip community, if mothers and fathers in basic terms knew what the infants study at night.

Why do you feel you have to use bad language?
The teacher says people who have a limited vocabulary try to fill it in with cuss words when there is a lot better adjectives around.
Such as she is making me change a smart azz to an arogant person. Every cuss word we use she makes us use a better adjective. However, when they say for pissing me off, irratiateing person we know what they mean. Try it its been working and you don't get in trouble.

Because anytime someone want to have some fun, some idiot has to ruin it claiming it's offensive. I think Canada, is a bit better, you can say ****, while in the USA it's censored. Thats just one example. Go to other countries around the world, and anything goes.
But yea, I agree, censorship is stupid.

the first amendment is not an absolute blank check to say whatever you want. There are exceptions to it. And TV is regulated, so the regulating agency (FCC) can have additional rules limiting content.

I think it's a shame that they bleep out words like "***" but people can say worse stuff on here and the whole thing comes up just as they wrote it.
