I believe a wise man said that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Just kidding. Let me explain a little about karma. Karma works based on your intent. If you were trying to do something good and something bad happened in return, it is good karma for the intention. But the bad thing that happened to you could be a result of bad karma from a previous life or this life. If youhave the intent of doing something bad, then the karma you acquire is bad. You are not necessarily getting rid of the bad karma if you have bad intent and then something bad happens to you. It is kind of like the universe saying, "You have just done something bad. Here is the first part of your punishment." Your actions are multiplied three fold.

Perhaps you cannot change the past.
Perhaps it is possible to change the future.
the easiest way might be to get a few books written by the Dalai Lama and read them ... honestly
if it doesn't help you, it certainly won't hurt you.

wonderful, i desire to have reliable Karma coming my way. the clarification being the former saying, "what is going round, comes round." I obviously do my suited to be style, powerful and respectful to all I met alongside the line of existence. besides the undeniable fact that, like maximum folk, I have a tendency to stumble and fall often times. For some reason I actually have blessed with slightly a advise streak. the answer to that's to understand your blunders. If a probability, do what you could to best them. sweet ecterbob, I examine your answer. i'm black as coal compared to you. you've between the purest hearts of anybody I actually have ever widespread. reliable Karma coming your way!! If you are doing good things but then have bad stuff happen to you then it's not Karma...it's just plain bad luck. Everything comes around for the better though.

You are posting in the Genealogy category, so you mis categorized your rant.
I suppose if this is how you run your life, that is why you get bad karma.
As far as doing good 'crap', that does not sound too good! and it does not sound like you really care. Try really caring! Clean up your act.

Maybe because God is trying to get your attention so that you won't trust in the mystical "law of Karma" but will instead get the power of the God of Heaven working in your life.
Just a guess, but since you asked...."Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Galatians 6:7-8
