Some brain cells do grow back but not all and the ones that do grow much slower than any other cell in your body.
You don't have to take my word for it. Think about persons who have gotten severe head injuries. They will usually eventually make some progress but it takes a long time and they never quite recover to the point they were before the injury.

Yes it definately does burn brain cells, haven't you ever met someone that was totally burnt? And I dont think your brain cells grow back. maybe if you are young new ones will come in, but not grow back. Especially if you are smoking it like one or more times a week
