I raise a middle-eastern breed.. My daughter was e-chatting with a fellow in Turkey..As I had a new litter, I asked her to ask him about some good Turkish dog names...He said, well, mostly Fido, or Fluffy, or Spot, or Rex... lol

Oh, well, I continued to get my names from Punjabi Dictionaries...lol

No but by sister had a cat named Fido. Fido lived to a ripe old age of 17 and then cat bus came to take him to cat heaven! :)

Some of my best friends are named "Fido". Can you believe it!!As if their owners couldn't sit down and think of something more original.

No, but we did have a cat named Rover once. Really. (He could open the fridge on his own so he did not last long.)

no but my cat's name is Rido lol kinda close and she pees on the toilet i dunno why but she does it and my 2 dog's name is Chazy and Chizpy
