This could be a problem, depending on what's going on in your life. If you are stressed or depressed, your emotions may be controlling your eating.

You're not a big girl, so this should make a difference in the way your clothes fit and the tone of your body.

You should see a doctor, and make sure that this problem gets addressed before getting worse.

10 lbs is a healthy amount to gain in 2 months, as long as you wanted to. Are you sure you're not pregnant? Keep in mind it will probabley take you 2 mo. to lose the weight, and muscle weighs more than fat.

None of my questions are serious. If you want to know about me, you're going to have to use email or IM....

10lbs in 2 months could be a lot... U have a 25" waist so I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you're 4'5". If you are trying to lose weight long term, go with 2lbs a week. No more.

R u working out now? if not, then just adding anythin will help you quite a bit.

Are you a teenager in a growing spurt? or a pregnant woman? These are two scenarios that it's ok if you gain that much weight that fast. If not, you need to look at your eating habits sometimes our hormones change as we get older and our metabolisms slow down. You may not be able to eat all the same foods you once used to as a teenager.

If you carry your weight in your middle you could have PCOS, a hormonal imbalance that is associated with insulin resistance, elevated testosterone and cyscts on your ovaries. I have it and just gained 10lbs in 1 month. If untreated, it can lead to fertility problems and type II diabetes. go to soulcysters.com to see if you have any of the other symptoms of PCOS. Good luck!

well, it's about a pound a week, which is manageable to lose. I would be careful, because that equates to 60 pounds in 12 months... to put it into perspective.
