I vividly remember 83. I am listening to what your saying and agree. The thorn in my side are the 28,000 Americans killed by illegals, the Mexican Army, and other militants and Bush turns a blind eye.

If American lives were being lost the way Israel lives are being lost, I'm confident that Lebanon would have a lot more refugees and even more, much more dead Hezbollah warriors.
The Daisy Cutters would be the perfect weapon in this situation and there's no doubt that we would have employed it's use in those mountainess areas where Hezbollah alledges to have caves and are well dug in.
The Israeli's are good fighters, but don't have the same resouces as the US. In this case, I think the US would have a leg up on Israel, and wouldn't hesitate to use it.

Wake up--Hezbolla attacked the USMC barracks in Lebanon and killed over 200. Hezbollah (Iran) has attacked the USA throughout the world.

Well, I didn't watch your movie, but I am pretty sure that they would be crushed.
Imagine if someone in Canada kept firing rockets at Detroit and Chicago. That crap wouldn't be tolerated very long.
EDIT: I watched the movie and still agree that no one would even question our motives in taking out "Mexican Hezbollahs".
